- Magnet strength is dependant on many different factors. Most notably the surface being attached to. Strength is mainly determined by thickness
of ferrous metal. Any surface finishes such as paint and defects such as heavy scratches will reduce its effectiveness. We recommend thoroughly testing the surface with the clips/ tube before leaving them unattended.
