Processing times
All LX3D products are designed and manufactured at our UK workshop. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. If an item is made to order or temporarily out of stock, the expected dispatch time will be shown on the product page.
If you need your order for a specific shoot date, contact us at info@lx3d.co.uk before ordering and we will confirm whether we can meet your deadline.

Delivery estimates run from dispatch, not from the date your order is placed. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
International delivery
We ship worldwide from the UK.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Customs processing can occasionally add time to international deliveries.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees applied by the destination country. These charges are set by local customs authorities, are not included in our prices or shipping costs, and are the responsibility of the customer. We declare all shipments accurately with the correct customs information.
Trade and bulk orders
For rental houses and larger orders, shipping is quoted individually. Contact us at info@lx3d.co.uk for a quote.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking link first, then contact us at info@lx3d.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier. A parcel is considered lost if it has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch for UK orders, or 20 business days for international orders, at which point we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
