LX3D makes 3D printed accessories for professional film lighting equipment, designed and manufactured in the UK.
We're
here to make life easier for you, with practical solutions that cut
setup time and open up new ways to rig the kit you already use on set.
After
8+ years working in the industry, we know which small parts are
overpriced, easily broken, or missing entirely, so we design and print
our own. And because we use them ourselves on real jobs, everything we
sell has already earned its place in a kit bag.
We make gear for Astera, Aputure, Rosco and more, shipped fast from the UK worldwide.
Shipping
Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched
within 3 business days. Because many of our products are printed to
order, occasionally an item may need a little longer, and we'll email
you if that's the case.
UK delivery: Free UK shipping on orders over £60. Choose at checkout between:
- DPD, 1 to 2 working days from dispatch, tracked
- Evri, 2 to 4 working days from dispatch
You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
International delivery: International orders ship with Royal Mail International Standard:
- Europe: 3 to 5 working days from dispatch
- Rest of world: 6 to 7 working days from dispatch
International
orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes on
arrival. These are set by your country and are the buyer's
responsibility, and we have no control over them or their amount.

Returns and Replacements
Damaged on arrival: In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@lx3d.co.uk
within 48 hours with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a
replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. No need to
post anything back.
Our 1 year guarantee: If a
product fails during normal use within one year of purchase, we'll
replace it free of charge. Just email us a photo and your order number.
This covers failures from doing the job the product was designed for; it
doesn't cover damage from drops, crushing, poor storage or misuse.
Changed your mind?
You can return any unused item in its original condition within 14 days
of receiving it for a full refund. Email us to arrange the return,
we'll issue a full refund within 5 days of receiving the item.
Faulty items: Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
